Google Play Policy Compliance • Official Account Termination Portal for TENS ARENA

At TENS ARENA, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety & User Data Policies and global privacy regulations, we provide two seamless ways for you to permanently delete your account and all associated personal information.

Option 1: Schedule Deletion Directly Inside the TENS ARENA App

If you have the TENS ARENA mobile application installed on your Android device, you can schedule account deletion directly with a 30-day recovery grace period:

Open the TENS ARENA application and log in.
Go to Profile > Settings (gear icon) in the navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Tap on "Schedule Account Deletion (30-Day Recovery)" and confirm.
30-Day Recovery Grace Period: Your account will enter a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind within 30 days, simply log back into the app and tap "Restore Account" to instantly recover your profile, wallet balance, and stats. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request via this Web Portal

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit your registered account details below. Our data compliance team will verify your request within 24 to 48 business hours and place the account into the standard 30-day deletion schedule:

Data That Will Be Permanently Erased

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently purged from our Firebase and Cloud production databases:

Authentication Records: Your Firebase Auth UID, Google profile connection, and authentication credentials.
Profile Information: Your username, display name, registered email, profile photo, bio, and social tags.
Game Identifiers: Your in-game player names (IGN) and unique game UID associations.
Community & Activity: Chat histories, support ticket dialogues, follower associations, and guild memberships.
Leaderboard Records: Public tournament statistics, badges, and rankings.

Data Retained for Statutory Legal Compliance

In accordance with Google Play Data Safety Policies and applicable financial auditing regulations in India:

Financial & Transaction Audit Records: Historical match entry fees, virtual coin logs, and past payout disbursement records are retained in an encrypted, anonymized audit log for up to 180 days strictly for statutory tax auditing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, after which they are permanently purged.
